Patient Billing

We are committed to providing excellent mental healthcare services and improving the lives of the patients with psychiatric and neurological conditions. Kigali Mental Health Referral Centre accepts different health insurance schemes, including Community Based Health Insurance (Mutuelle de santé). However, some of the services, such as private hospitalization ward, do not accept the insurance.

Health Insurance

The Hospital accepts different health insurance schemes, which include:  CBHI (Mutuelle de Santé), RAMA, MMI, Old Mutuel, Eden Care.

Visiting

The family members and friends are allowed to visit the patients in inpatient programme at Kigali Mental Health. Before deciding a visit to your loved one or friend at the hospital, please contact the Customer Care at 079390205, to know the hours you are allowed to visit.
